We finished the Nucli project with file number RD15-1-0083 corresponding to the project New horizons for ATPA outputs (NHOA), within the framework of the FEDER operational programme (Fons europeu de desenvolupament regional).

The aim of the project was to give more value to the application of the ATPA vibroacoustic diagnosis method to increase the competitiveness of its method and differentiate it from the competition for technology, in order to preserve ICR's position in a market that is being approached by large international companies such as Siemens and Bruel & Kjaer. The challenge was to achieve three main objectives:

-Obtain SEA coupling factors between subsystems (data required to implement numerical models) from ATPA tests.

-Get the complete model graph that displays the transmission of vibratory and acoustic energy in the train car.

-Obtain auralizations from the ATPA numerical results: the user can hear the contribution to the noise of each party involved in the noise problem. This makes it possible to judge the discomfort from a perceptual point of view.

In order to achieve these objectives, a transversal search stage is initially proposed in which a physical and numerical model of a vibroacoustic space is obtained.

These two related models will support the achievement of the three main objectives of the project.

The aid received is programmed under priority axis 1, "Promoure el desenvolupament tecnològic, la innovació i una investigació de qualitat", specific objective OE 1.2.2, "Transferència i difusió de tecnologia i cooperació entre empreses i universitats o altres centres de recerca", action line "Projectes col.laboratius de R+D+i” del marc del Programa Operatiu FEDER de Catalunya 2014-2020" and intervention category.
